• Cancellation made 21 days or more prior to arrival date are subject to a $50 administrative charges, and will be refunded, if room(s) can be rebooked.
• Cancellation made less than 21 days prior to arrival date are subjet to a refund (minus a $50 administrative charges) only if the room is rebooked. If the room can not be rebooked, a credit towards a future stay at Birdcage B&B Inn is given, good for one year.
